About the job
As a practical mentor, you are an important link between those responsible for education, the trainers, and the department teams. You coach the apprentices and students as well as the trainers in everyday practical work. You work from Monday to Friday.Practical Mentor

Your tasks
- Advising, supporting and assisting trainers in educational matters.
- Coaching and individual support of apprentices and students in their learning and development process.
- Planning, designing and conducting practice-oriented learning units (introduction, peer mentoring, etc.)
- Contributing to the further development and assurance of training quality in practice.
Your profile
- Diploma in Nursing HF / FH
- Two years of professional experience as a nursing trainer
- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or willingness to obtain it
- You are characterised by good organisational skills, high social and personal competence.
