About the job
The Coup d’Pouce Foundation organises weekends for children, adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorders.The Orange Cabin leisure centre is a specialised centre for children, adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorder. Each year, several themed weekends are organised throughout French-speaking Switzerland.
Each weekend brings together a group of 8 beneficiaries accompanied by a team composed of one manager and 7 instructors. Activities take place from Friday at 4:00 pm to Sunday at 6:00 pm.
Engagement period
- From 25 to 27 September 2026
- From 6 to 8 November 2026
- From 11 to 13 December 2026
The engagement will also continue throughout 2027, according to the activity schedule.
Profile sought:
− Training in the social or socio-educational field.
− Significant experience in supporting people with autism spectrum disorder.
− Excellent sense of responsibility and organisation.
− Proven skills in team management and coordination.
− Good administrative skills.
