Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (Turning/Milling)

Tasks

Independently set up and operate 3- and 4-axis milling machines
Independently commission lathes and turn-mill centres
Create CNC programmes manually using ISO or with CAM systems
Operate several machines simultaneously with automation technologies
Analyse and continuously improve manufacturing processes

Requirements

Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent qualification
Independent experience in setting up and operating CNC turning and milling machines
Familiarity with CAM software, especially TopSolid, is an advantage
Basic knowledge of ISO programming
Experience with Fanuc controls is considered an advantage
