• Personnel and professional leadership of a production team in the convenience sector
• Personnel deployment planning, training / employee evaluations etc.
• Ensuring a smooth production process while adhering to quality, hygiene and safety requirements
• Planning, controlling and monitoring daily production processes
• Participation in the optimisation of work and production processes
• Responsibility for achieving production targets regarding quality, productivity and punctuality
• Personnel deployment planning as well as induction and development of employees
• Close cooperation with the areas of quality assurance, logistics, technology and production management
• Conducting employee training and team meetings
• Support in the introduction of new products and processes

• Completed basic training as a butcher or in the food sector, for example as a food technologist, cook or comparable qualification
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• As a motivated and committed corporate personality, you are used to working independently and act cost-/benefit-oriented
• You are extremely flexible and open to new challenges and changes
• Perseverance and assertiveness
• Customer orientation and good communication skills
• Proficient in using the MS Office suite
• SAP experience is an advantage
• Physically fit (cooled working environment)
