Are you passionate about effective climate protection? Do you enjoy inspiring people to support a cause and maintaining their motivation in the long term? Would you like not only to welcome new members but also actively involve them in club life, inspire them, and encourage them to participate? Do you take pleasure in creating experiences and encounters that connect people – and do you bring strategic skills to collaboratively develop the member journey with the office? Who we are

MyBluePlanet is an independent Swiss climate protection movement and non-profit organisation, founded in 2007 in Winterthur. We inspire people to contribute to climate protection. Together, we seek creative and practical opportunities and implement them with concrete projects to reduce CO₂.

Your tasks & time commitment

• You develop and accompany the member journey, strengthening connection and engagement.
• You personally welcome new members, stay in contact with existing ones, and promote their active participation.
• You organise community events together with the office that enable exchange and involvement.
• You support the president in organising the Ambassador Dinner and participate in it.

ü Time commitment: approx. 12 hours per month.

ü Workplace: HUB Winterthur or remote.

Your profile

• Enjoy connecting and inspiring people.
• Initiative and independent working style.
• Experience in project management or community management is an advantage.
• Team spirit and willingness to commit to a non-profit association.
• Interest in climate and environmental protection.
