Your Role
- You ensure, together with the team, high-quality, individual care for elderly patients
- You are responsible for the nursing diagnostic process according to NANDA
- You meet patients and relatives with respect, patience, and professional presence
- You support the ward manager in daily operations and leadership matters
- Depending on experience, you already take on leadership responsibility or are gradually and supportedly built into this role
- You actively contribute to interprofessional collaboration as well as continuous improvements (Lean Management)
What You Bring
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF or health and nursing professional (D)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a hospital or rehabilitation clinic as a nurse
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people and interest in geriatric care
- Either: existing leadership experience
- or: motivation and willingness to take on leadership responsibility
- An empathetic, reflective, and reliable personality
- Good communication skills and team orientation
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Applications from persons without formal leadership experience are also expressly welcome
