Your Role

You ensure, together with the team, high-quality, individual care for elderly patients

You are responsible for the nursing diagnostic process according to NANDA

You meet patients and relatives with respect, patience, and professional presence

You support the ward manager in daily operations and leadership matters

Depending on experience, you already take on leadership responsibility or are gradually and supportedly built into this role

You actively contribute to interprofessional collaboration as well as continuous improvements (Lean Management)

What You Bring

Completed training as a certified nurse HF or health and nursing professional (D)

At least 2 years of professional experience in a hospital or rehabilitation clinic as a nurse

Enjoyment in working with elderly people and interest in geriatric care

Either: existing leadership experience

or: motivation and willingness to take on leadership responsibility

An empathetic, reflective, and reliable personality

Good communication skills and team orientation

Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
