Accounts Receivable Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 85,000Our client is an established trading company in the construction and interior finishing sector. Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a committed and customer-oriented specialist for accounts receivable. You will join an established company in the trading and construction supply sector that serves customers from the construction industry as well as private customers and operates at several locations in Switzerland. In this role, you will be part of a well-coordinated finance team and, together with your colleagues, ensure accurate accounts receivable bookkeeping and efficient management of customer receivables.
Responsibilities:
You share responsibility for the accurate management of accounts receivable bookkeeping
You review and clarify customer accounts and process postings as well as repayments
You monitor credit limits including credit checks and initiate order blocks or releases as necessary
You maintain daily communication with customers, internal sales and sales departments and monitor relevant reports
Qualifications:
You have a completed commercial apprenticeship
You bring initial experience in accounting
You have a strong numerical aptitude
You are proficient with IT systems and have an interest in IT applications; knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a particular advantage
Fluent German language skills are required
