Application Engineer - Milling (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Planning, executing and analysing customer-specific test machining on high-speed, high-performance and high-precision machining centres with 3 to 5 axes
• Creating NC programmes for the above-mentioned test machining using CAD/CAM including the production of sample parts
• Determining key parameters of the milling process such as machining time, achievable accuracy and surface quality on existing and/or newly developed machines considering various conditions
• Conducting technology training sessions at the Application Centre or on-site at the customer
• Operating an applications hotline for customers with technical machine and programming issues

Your Profile

• Mechanical basic training, ideally with further education in production/manufacturing or mechanical engineering
• Several years of solid experience in CNC chip-removing machining
• Good English and German or French skills, Italian is an advantage
