Sales Supporter 100%
Location Frauenfeld - from February 26 or by arrangement
Your role:
In this newly created role, you are the connecting element between the market and internal sales. You ensure that offers, CRM data, campaigns, and customer inquiries work smoothly together and that the sales team is always well informed. Together with field sales, purchasing, and marketing, you keep processes lean, clear, and professional.
We are looking for a person who loves structure, actively shapes processes, and supports the sales team with foresight. If you communicate clearly, like to think along, and intuitively recognize priorities, you will quickly find your way with us.
Your tasks
CRM & Sales funnel
- Maintaining the CRM system and ensuring an up-to-date sales funnel
- Providing data, reminders, and notes for the sales team
- Monitoring appointments, follow-ups, and status changes
- Preparing reports, forecasts, and evaluations for sales management
Offer management
- Creating and tracking offers, calculations, and contracts
- Collecting and compiling all technical and commercial information
- Maintaining price lists, templates, customer portfolios, and documents
Sales & marketing campaigns
- Participating in the planning and execution of sales and lead campaigns
- Defining target groups, preparing data, and sending documents
- Analyzing results and deriving insights for the sales team
Customer appointments & support for field sales
- Accompanying important customer appointments, including preparation of all relevant information
- Taking minutes and ensuring follow-up in the CRM
- Supporting presentations, product demonstrations, and customer-specific coordination
- Direct communication with customers to accurately capture requirements and pass them on internally
General support in VID
- Coordinating internal processes between sales, VID, purchasing, and marketing
- Creating presentations and communication materials
- Organizing appointments, demos, and events
- Assisting at reception and in the telephone switchboard
- Further developing sales-relevant IT systems and CRM functions
- Supervising commercial apprentices and participating in projects
What you bring:
- Commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in sales support, as a key account manager, or in a similar role, ideally in an SME environment
- Very good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
- Structured working style, organizational talent, and an eye for detail
- Strong quality and sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of data, processes, and precise work
- Open, communicative, and team-oriented personality with a service mindset
- Ability to proactively approach the sales team and drive processes forward
- English and French skills are an advantage
- Industry knowledge and networked thinking are also a plus
