Senior Partner Manager Vevey 100% (m/f/d)

What awaits you with us:

• You are responsible for the indirect distribution channel of our "fiduciary" partners.
• Acquiring new fiduciaries, as well as following up with existing fiduciaries – from the first contact to establishing and developing a sustainable long-term partnership – are part of your missions.
• You also sell our entire range of products to fiduciaries in your assigned region, whether it’s training, software licenses, or applications from our Marketplace.
• Administrative tasks, such as reporting, performance analysis, tracking sales measures, and preparing sales documents, are also part of your job, as well as participating in trade fairs.
• Your area of activity covers several cantons and requires travel.

What we expect from you:

• You have a basic education as well as further training in sales or business management.
• You have 4 to 5 years of professional experience in sales, partner management, or indirect distribution, preferably in the Swiss market.
• You are a talented salesperson, skilled in negotiation, and you can communicate easily at all levels.
• You have basic knowledge of financial accounting and payroll management, and fiduciary management is not unfamiliar to you.
• You are very dynamic, organized, independent, and goal-oriented. You appreciate teamwork.
• French is your native language, and you are comfortable in English; Italian is a plus.
• You are flexible and ready to meet your partners on-site, with availability to travel in Switzerland around 60 to 80% of the time.
