For our bakery in Verbier Médran, we are looking for a:
Store Manager – Bakery (M/F)
Activity rate: 80% | Start date: from 1 July 2026 or to be agreed
Your mission:
As a true ambassador of our brand, you are responsible for the daily smooth running of the shop. You ensure:
- Welcoming, serving and advising customers in a warm and professional manner
- Managing orders, restocking, setting up and respecting hygiene standards
- Organising staff schedules and managing the existing team
- Monitoring stock, supplier orders and managing the till
- Commercial development and local anchoring of the point of sale
- Collaboration and communication with other company departments
Your profile:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong sense of service and customer satisfaction
- Team management and organisational skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Mastery of food hygiene standards
- Rigour, autonomy and enthusiasm
- Resident in the region, with strong local ties
