Your Tasks

• Timely monitoring of advertising material arrivals, allocation to orders and timely request of missing advertising materials according to our standard processes
• Monitoring of deadlines throughout the entire campaign processing chain
• Maintenance and upkeep of the internal system (correct and up-to-date data entry, clarifications, instructions)
• High-quality customer support for complaints and reports
• Interface between internal and external customers and partners

You Bring

• Commercial training or comparable professional experience
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, good French skills are required
• Very resilient and service-oriented person who is not influenced by seasonal workload
• High task orientation and enjoyment in working according to processes
