Training Coordinator & Service Support 80-100% (m/f)

Are you looking for a work environment where you can help shape processes, plan and coordinate trainings, and actively support our customers as well as the sales network? As a central hub between manufacturers, customers, and dealers, you take on responsibility and help shape the future. • Planning and coordination of trainings in after-sales for Robert Aebi Landtechnik AG and its sales partners, close cooperation with product specialists
• Active promotion and monitoring of the development of technicians to Certified Technician
• Ensuring the associated administrative matters, such as creating courses and sending course invitations up to billing
• Creating maintenance contracts and their monitoring and invoicing
• System support and master data maintenance
• Ensuring warranty processing, monitoring case procedures, clarifying with manufacturers, and issuing credit notes to customers and dealers
• Technical support and assistance for internal and external parties (sales partners, customers, etc.) in the area of warranty, maintenance contracts, and systems via phone, email, or on-site
• Ensuring the smooth process between suppliers and sales network
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
• Correspondence management as well as general commercial tasks

• Commercial or technical basic training with commercial further education and corresponding professional experience
• Enthusiasm for the construction, agricultural, automotive, or commercial vehicle industry
• Interest in modern and innovative technology
• Very good communication skills, very good Microsoft Office 365 knowledge (Excel, Word), as well as very good IT skills
• Experience in training, knowledge transfer, or willingness to learn this
• Enjoy constantly expanding your knowledge, willing to travel
• Native German or French speaker with good knowledge of the other language is essential, good English skills are desired
