Junior/Professional UX/UI Designer

With our digital experts in Zurich, Bern, and Lucerne, we design, develop, and operate cross-channel digital customer experiences and digital strategies. We design and develop custom mobile apps, web portals, and sales & advisory tools.

As a complement to our Interaction Design team, we are looking for an ambitious person as a Junior/Professional UX/UI Designer.

With your experience as a designer, you create interactive applications with high-quality UX and UI design. You accompany the process from the first concept to the final design. In the design team, you continuously improve the design process together with the other jls designers and keep an eye on current trends.

• Using human-centered design methods, you support our clients in defining their problems and define project-specific approaches that precisely contribute to finding solutions.
• You research trends in the client environment, the market, and competitors, as well as their solutions, and develop innovative concepts based on insights from UX research in an iterative process.
• You develop design systems and ensure a consistent design language.
• You implement concepts and designs of new digital solutions for our clients. With a simple user experience and modern designs, you connect our clients' brands with their enthusiastic users.

• You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design of mobile and/or web applications, ideally on the agency side.
• You have completed training in the field of design.
• You are versatile in your working style and live UX and UI design with equal passion. You always strive for the "next level" with your design tools and know-how and advance yourself and your environment.
• You are interested in new trends and tools in the AI field and how to sensibly integrate them into your work process.
• You can competently present your ideas and concepts to our clients and are fluent in German and English.
• You have a passion for creative ideas, new technologies, unique customer experiences, and inspiring design.
