As an absolute service provider and entrepreneurial personality, you take on:

• the care of our mandates and orders in the cleaning sector
• the operational handling of maintenance cleaning orders as well as special & basic cleaning
• the leadership of cleaning staff (including recruitment & assistance with onboarding)
• the creation of deployment, resource & holiday planning
• the independent calculation of cleaning services, preparation of offers as well as for additional orders/cleaning mandates
• the responsibility for deadlines and quality in the area of maintenance cleaning

What defines you.

You describe yourself as a service provider from the very core of your conviction and bring at least 5 years of experience in the cleaning sector. Positive feedback motivates you and spurs you on to further top performances. In addition, you bring:

• Completed basic training in building cleaning (facility management or similar)
• Several years of cooperative leadership experience
• Proven experience in tendering, calculation and budget responsibility
• Experience in dealing with demanding customers as well as complaint management
• A motivated, structured and independent personality with cost/benefit-oriented thinking (business understanding)
• Flexibility and openness to new challenges and changes
• Strong communication skills and a pronounced customer awareness – you can inspire employees and customers
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (additional languages are an advantage)
• Good IT user skills (digital working environment)
• Valid driving licence category B and residence in the Baden/Aarau region
