Your Task

In this responsible leadership role, you will take on the operational, personnel, and economic management of your department. Together with your project managers, you ensure that projects are successfully implemented and that customers can always rely on the highest quality.

In doing so, you see yourself not only as a leader but also as a coach and sparring partner for your team. You specifically promote employees, create clear structures, and continuously develop your department.

Your diverse area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• Leadership, promotion, and further development of your project managers and employees
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and profitability of ongoing projects
• Maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships
• Support with demanding projects and technical issues
• Optimisation of processes and introduction of efficient procedures
• Active participation in the further development of the company

Your Profile

You have several years of professional experience in the field of electrical installations and have already gained leadership experience. You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented, and know how to motivate people and be successful together.

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

• Further training as an electrical project manager for installation and safety, electrician with master craftsman certification, or a comparable qualification
• Good business management knowledge
• Strong organisational skills
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• High social competence and enjoyment of staff management
