What are your tasks?

In this 2nd level role, you are part of the Solution Organization and provide professional support in the area of Solution & Services for internal and external customers. Your core tasks lie in the area of Fleet Management, and you handle all administrative concerns such as theft/loss, coordination of large orders, and more complex inquiries in fleet management. You perform the tasks with high professional competence, customer focus, and efficiency.
As a central point, you act and maintain regular contact with sales, logistics, materials management, and our repair center.
This significantly contributes to an excellent customer experience and the development of sustainable and long-term customer relationships. Furthermore, proactively identifying optimization opportunities (within the framework of Lean Management) and possible participation in projects in our team are actively practiced.

What you bring:

Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field

Networked thinking and understanding of the bigger picture

Strong interest in support topics & processes

Dynamic and solution-oriented personality with strong comprehension and analytical skills

Good SAP & Excel knowledge is an advantage

Proactive and responsible personality with critical thinking skills, pragmatic approach, and a try-learn-review mentality

Very good knowledge of German and a second language such as Italian or French is an advantage

Strong team player

Experience in a technical environment is an advantage, but even more important to us are your enthusiasm for learning and your absolute will to provide first-class support
