What do you do as a Project Manager Implementation at Solarify?

You are responsible for the development and implementation of new solar and storage projects. This includes:

• Acquiring projects: Customer and project acquisition through independently organised outbound activities such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking platforms and initial contact (mostly by phone or online meetings)
• Setting up projects: Building and maintaining contact with roof owners from project proposal to contract, including site inspections, potential assessment and profitability calculation with our tools.
• Planning projects: Regulatory and technical clarifications, obtaining project offers. Coordination of the project process with all parties involved (building owners, suppliers, solar installers, electricians). Possibly also technical planning of projects at a later stage.
• Implementing projects: Construction supervision and coordination of commissioning. At the beginning, you can also lend a hand during construction and work on a sunny roof instead of in the office.
• Managing projects: Budget control and project accounting.

What should you bring?

• You have a good sense of the needs of our customers and partners and respond to them with the appropriate arguments.
• You have a technical background (e.g. technical studies at a university of applied sciences) and are interested in the energy transition, especially photovoltaics including battery storage.
• Practical experience in the professional management of (energy) projects with private and business end customers is an advantage.
• You are fluent in Swiss German, good French or Italian skills are an advantage.
• You have good Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• You are persistent and patient in dealing with challenges in your projects and can manage dozens of projects in parallel.
• You work independently and adapt well to a dynamic / rapidly changing environment.
