Your Tasks

You contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily
You conduct RAI assessments and promote the autonomy of our residents
You recognize and manage emergency situations
You assist with daily care according to the kinesthetic approach for our residents and gladly share your knowledge with staff and trainees
You independently and thoroughly maintain the electronic nursing documentation

What You Bring

Training as a Certified Nursing Specialist
Several years of professional experience in inpatient long-term care
Good oral and written German skills
Good knowledge of RAI
You are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
