To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual as an Operations Mechanic (m/f/d).

Tasks

• Managing the spare parts warehouse including procurement of spare parts • Independent maintenance and servicing of our manufacturing equipment in medical technology • Preventive maintenance • Fault analysis and rectification according to electrical circuit diagrams • Documentation of completed work according to GMP • Supporting projects • Preparing assemblies of manufacturing equipment • Assisting with fine adjustments of production equipment • Commissioning of machines and systems • Supervising external service providers • Participating in the implementation of 5S

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a mechanical engineer, polymechanic, automation technician, precision mechanic, or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
• Experience in electrical engineering and fault analysis according to circuit diagrams
• Good technical understanding in the field of mechanics
• Good understanding of pneumatic components
• Strong team orientation
• High quality awareness, clean and independent working style as well as analytical thinking and acting
• Good documentation skills (GMP)
• Very good MS Office skills
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form at native level
• NIV.15 installation permit
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
