Consultant / Entry-Level Management Consulting (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your impact

• You contribute to the planning and execution of internal audit mandates for national and international clients from various industries
• You analyse processes, risks and controls and develop practical improvement measures together with experienced consultants
• You participate in interim assignments in the areas of finance and accounting and gain insight into different companies and business models.
• You review and optimise internal control systems (ICS) as well as operational processes
• You prepare analysis and audit results appropriately for the target audience in presentations and reports and assist in the preparation of audit documentation and proposals

What makes you successful

• You have a completed degree (FH/University); initial experience in internal audit, consulting, finance or accounting is an advantage
• You convince with high social competence, team spirit and the flexibility to engage with different clients and issues
• Your strengths include an analytical mindset, precise and structured working methods as well as strong communication skills
• You are open to working on new topics and developing professionally, for example through training as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). In doing so, you gradually take on more responsibility and develop your own professional profile
• You present yourself confidently and professionally and enjoy direct client contact
• You have a confident and nuanced command of German as well as very good English skills (at least C1)
• You have very good MS Office user skills; experience with databases and data analysis is an advantage
• You are willing to occasionally take assignments abroad
