- Developing concepts for Facility Management Emmen in various areas and supporting their implementation
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, creating, approving, and billing projects involving conversions, extensions, or renovations

What you bring
- Technical basic training and further education to become a Facility Management and Maintenance Manager or willingness to complete this
- Several years of experience in project management within facility management
- Good IT user skills, CAFM, SAP, etc.
- Communicative personality with strong organisational and coordination skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as high quality and responsibility awareness
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written

Facility Management Emmen offers comprehensive building management for infrastructure and technology at various locations. We continuously manage and support many projects (MAB/GAB/FM) within our area of responsibility.
