For our garden service, we are looking for a

Gardener with Agogic Tasks 80 – 100 %

Your Tasks

• Guidance and leadership of 4 – 5 employees with a disability in daily work
• Support of the vocational trainer in the training of apprentices
• Execution of customer orders in maintenance (professional shrub and tree pruning, lawn care)
• Execution of modifications (paving work, privacy screen elements, new plantings, lawn work)
• Planning and documenting the learning processes of the employees
• Exchange with assistants, relatives and internal job coaches (key person work)

Your Profile

• Enjoyment of a dynamic working environment and working in a diverse team
• Training as a gardener EFZ, specialising in garden and landscape construction, and several years of professional experience
• Experience in working with disabled persons is an advantage
• Driving licence category BE or willingness to obtain one
