Worldwide deployment area for customer satisfaction
To complement our team, we are looking for an independent, reliable, and motivated personality immediately or by arrangement. Your diverse range of tasks includes the commissioning and qualification of the systems – both internally before customer acceptance (FAT) and on-site at the customer for final acceptance (SAT). This involves not only new systems from our factory but also complete retrofit projects on site.
Training sessions as well as service assignments at customers are also part of your area of activity.
As an external representative of the organization, customer welfare is close to your heart, and you remain calm in the face of unplanned challenges. You are the contact person for operators on site and advise the customer on service issues.
The international travel activity is approximately 60%.

You bring with you:
Completed electrical training (e.g., automation technician, mechatronics technician, or comparable qualification).
Experience in mechanical assembly
Professional experience in service is an advantage
Independent, team-oriented personality who likes to take responsibility
Good German and English skills (spoken and written)
Driver's license category B
