Administrative Assistant 50%With around 1,400 employees, the Correctional Services and Reintegration (JuWe) is responsible for penal and measure enforcement as well as the implementation of various types of detention. Our employees from around 40 professions support and promote the reintegration of offenders and are committed effectively and progressively to a safe and just society.
The Psychiatric-Psychological Service (PPD) is one of eight main departments of JuWe. As one of the largest institutions for forensic psychotherapy and psychiatry in Switzerland, it specialises in relapse-preventive treatment of violent and sexual offenders in custody and freedom. The treatment offerings range from court-ordered measures to therapies of basic psychiatric care.
The Quality, Monitoring and Projects (QMP) specialist service is a cross-sectional service provider for all areas of the PPD. In addition to continuous support in administrative and coordinative matters, the team is responsible for monitoring the organisational performance mandate of the PPD. Furthermore, QMP provides a pool of assistance services to the departments.
In the QMP specialist service, we are looking for a committed individual to assist our team from 01.10.2026 or by arrangement. The position is limited to 6 months.
Your field of activity
- As a temporary assistant, you support the Quality, Monitoring and Projects team 2-3 days per week
- You take on clearly structured task packages in the areas of administration, organisation and controlling
- You work in a structured, focused and independent manner, with a high awareness of quality even in repetitive tasks
What you bring with you
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ / commercial school) or are studying and looking for a part-time job
- With a high willingness to learn and a quick grasp, you recognise overall contexts and actively and constructively contribute to the team
- You are characterised by a motivated and curious working style and enjoy communicating and cooperating in a team
- Proficient use of MS Office is as natural to you as a confident command of German in spoken and written form
- Your impeccable reputation, without entries in the criminal and debt enforcement registers, underlines your integrity and trustworthiness
