Tasks

• You advise our demanding customers from the construction industry mainly in interior finishing (sanitary area) directly at the counter or on the phone
• You accompany and monitor the sales process from order entry to delivery
• You monitor and check appointments
• You handle customer complaints and perform general administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Completed training in the construction industry (sanitary)
• Ideally, you already have completed further training in the administrative field
• Experience in customer service in a similar environment is an advantage
• You enjoy contact with customers and radiate this
• You actively contribute your sales talentIn hectic moments you stay cool and do not lose overview
