About the job

Right in the middle of the city of Zurich, the residential homes in Seefeld offer living and life space at
various locations for adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities.

For the Mainaustrasse location, where people with
various disabilities live, we are looking for a Care Specialist (70%) from 1 September
2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks:

• Accompanying residents in everyday life
• Organising leisure and weekend activities
• Care duties
• Assisting with team and client administration
• Key worker duties
• If interested: taking on departmental responsibilities

Profile:

• Experience working with people with multiple disabilities
• Completed training as FABE/FAGE or equivalent qualification
• Ability to learn, manage conflicts, and work in a team
• Organisational skills and independent working style
• Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
• Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience and humour
