The KiTas Bethanien are represented with five locations in Zurich: Altstetten, Fluntern, Kalkbreite, Oerlikon, and Seefeld.
Our KiTas are easily accessible by public transport. Children aged three months to kindergarten entry are cared for in two to five age-separated standard groups. Our educational concept is based on the guiding principle: “Help me to do it myself – and let me grasp to understand”.

In this role, you will be responsible for 6 learners.
You are the role model for the learners and bear the responsibility for their training progress. The advertised position is also suitable for returnees.

- Active participation and implementation of learning support according to the company’s educational plan in collaboration with the responsible specialists
- Leadership, support, and guidance of the learners
- Contact person for the personal and professional concerns of the learners
- Management and monitoring of the learning processes
- Participation in the selection of learners (trial days)
- Preparation of semester plans and educational reports
What you bring:
- Training as a specialist in care or childhood education HF
- Methodical-didactic further training (trainer course, SVEB 1-4 or federal certificate trainer)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in supporting learners in KiTas
- Knowledge and experience of the BiVo specialist in care and Time2learn
- Quality-conscious and future-oriented working style
- Coordination and organizational talent
- Enjoyment and motivation in interacting with career starters
- Very good oral and written German skills
