Noldin Immobilien AG is a family business with a mixed real estate portfolio in the greater Zurich area. We primarily manage family-owned properties and are active in the development and construction of new real estate projects. To support the existing team, we are looking for a Property Manager 80-100% (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities include:

• Management of a mixed portfolio with a focus on residential properties, but also commercial and ancillary properties
• Leading a management team with administrative staff
• Contact with tenants, craftsmen, authorities, etc.
• Correspondence of all kinds by email, letter, and telephone
• Inspections and handovers of rental properties during tenant changes
• Organisation and implementation of regular maintenance
• Accounting / checking of creditor invoices
• Organisation and execution of dunning procedures
• Coordination and monitoring of tenancy agreements (changes, adjustments, etc.)
• Participation in conciliation hearings
• Handling and settlement of insurance claims
• Collaboration with internal staff for caretaking and cleaning

You meet the following requirements:

• Completed training as a property manager with a federal diploma
• Many years of experience in property management
• Very good knowledge of tenancy law
• Good construction knowledge
• Targeted communication in German, both spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
• Resilient organisational talent with assertiveness
• Networked thinking and interest in accounting / flair for numbers
• High social competence
• Independent and reliable working style
• Committed, dedicated, and dependable personality

Advantageous:

• Knowledge of the real estate software RIMO R5
• Foreign language skills

You can expect a varied and demanding role in a structured organisation. As a property manager, you independently manage your real estate portfolio and lead your two-person team. You will be supported in your daily work by our experienced management team.

Our beautiful office premises are centrally located near Wiedikon train station. We offer you a market-appropriate salary, a 40-hour week at 100%, and the possibility to work from home one day per week. Ideally, you can start the position as soon as possible, otherwise by arrangement.
