All-round Caretaking - Retiree Part-time Fixed-term - (a)
Our site in Rothenburg LU with several buildings is looking for a reliable retiree as a "good soul" to support our caretaking team with maintenance and cleanliness across the entire premises.
The workload of 30 – 40% can be flexibly distributed over full or half days. The fixed-term employment is expected to last until around the end of 2026.Your tasks
Garden care / surroundings
- Mowing lawns, trimming flower beds and weeding
- Maintenance of green areas and general upkeep of outdoor spaces
- Maintenance of gravel areas, leaf removal, use of the sweeper
- Pest control (e.g. mice) and care of roof surfaces (including PV system)
General maintenance
- Cleaning of dirt mats in entrance areas
- Cleaning of ancillary and technical rooms (e.g. archive)
- Assistance with cleaning of PV systems as well as facades, windows and shutters
Your profile
- Basic technical training
- Solid practical experience in caretaking
- Residence in Rothenburg or surrounding area
- Driving licence category B
Preferred qualities
- Very independent working style
- Motivation to keep "their site" in impeccable condition
- Flexible, open, strong communication skills and service-oriented
