School Patrol Officers MISSION
- Ensure the safety of students at the times of entering and leaving classes, at designated locations near school buildings or, exceptionally, in areas further from school centers;
- Protect schoolchildren from traffic dangers by facilitating their crossing of the road and monitoring, as much as possible, their behavior in road traffic;
- Contribute to their road education by encouraging them to apply traffic rules;
- In case of an accident, apply first aid rules and seek necessary help, while ensuring the safety and maintenance of the patrol.
We are looking for flexible and available people residing in one of the municipalities listed below. This person must enjoy contact with children, have pedagogical skills, and be able to manage stress. WORK LOCATIONS
In the municipalities of Trélex, Givrins, Genolier, Arzier-Le Muids, and/or St-Cergue (to be agreed according to the school patrol schedule). HOURS
The work is carried out during the Vaud school periods, at the times of entering and leaving classes of the students, according to the schedule defined at the beginning of the school year (20 minutes per patrol). REMUNERATION
The work is paid at the same hourly rate as Péditrain escorts, namely CHF 28.55 / hour + holiday rate. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
Permanent contract, to be renewed immediately or to be agreed. For foreign nationals, presenting a valid residence permit in Switzerland authorizing the exercise of a gainful activity is an imperative condition for employment.
