About the job
Activities- Collaboration in the Workforce Operations CoE as well as ensuring the cross-country alignment of workforce control principles, governance, KPI frameworks, and reporting standards. Further development of the workforce control and operating model.
- Development, standardisation, and consolidation of operational KPI frameworks. Responsibility for management reporting for Immigration Europe including analysis of performance, trends, risks, and recommendations for action.
- Analysis of workforce-relevant data (e.g. utilisation, productivity, absences, staffing levels) as well as support for forecasting and planning processes to optimise efficiency and cost control.
- Ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity as well as supporting compliance with legal and internal requirements in cooperation with HR, payroll, and stakeholders.
- Responsibility for the workforce operations system landscape including translating operational requirements into system and process improvements, coordinating optimisations, and advising managers, HR, and planners.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, business administration, computer science, or a comparable course of study
- Ideally a recognised certification in business analysis (e.g. CBAP or CCBA)
- Several years of professional experience (approx. 6–7 years) in a comparable position, preferably in a larger company
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, especially in handling complex functions and macros
- Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
