An established trading company in the field of machine sales is looking to strengthen its operational team. The company sells high-quality machines through a proven specialist dealer network. We are seeking a committed individual with technical and commercial understanding who independently manages order processing, inventory management, and customer support.
- Responsibility for warehouse management and machine scheduling
- Handling complaints and managing warranty processes
- Product costing and preparation of price lists
- Interface function between manufacturers and the commercial team
- Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation are expected
- Independent working style combined with teamwork is essential
- Very good German language skills required, French skills advantageous
- Solid technical understanding and good PC skills necessary
