What you can look forward to:

• Holistic care and psychosocial support for patients with psychosomatic illnesses
• Promoting independence and supporting everyday coping as well as structuring the daily routine
• Support in illness and crisis management as well as recognising early warning signs and initiating appropriate measures
• Medication management and ensuring proper medication administration
• Conducting supportive, structuring and solution-oriented individual conversations as well as nursing group discussions
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, psychologists, therapists, relatives and external agencies
• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday in a two-shift system (early and late shifts) without night duties

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH/DN II or equivalent recognition
• Open to re-entrants and professionals from somatics
• Strong social and interpersonal skills
