Logistics Key Account Specialist

For the Transportation & Customer Service department in Lucerne, we are looking for a responsible and committed individual as Logistics Key Account Specialist by arrangement.

Your main tasks:

• Support and further development of strategic logistics relationships with key customers to ensure a high level of service quality
• Coordination of collaboration between customers and internal departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Transport
• Planning and implementation of optimisation measures along the supply chain to increase service, efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Monitoring logistics performance and ensuring compliance with service, quality and safety standards
• Identification and realisation of optimisation potential regarding costs, processes and customer requirements
• Participation in projects as well as the continuous development of processes and interfaces within the area of responsibility

Our requirements:

• Completed vocational training as well as professional experience in logistics, supply chain management or customer service
• Experience in managing customer relationships and cross-departmental projects
• Good understanding of logistical processes and customer-specific supply chains
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
