The Hotel Bad Murtensee is located directly on the idyllic Lake Murten, right next to the historic town of Murten and on the German-French language border.
Our establishment includes 21 hotel rooms, two apartments,
the restaurant "See la vie" as well as our Beach House directly on the lake.

We want to continue our success story together with you. Our aim is to be among the best 3-star hotels in the region and to delight our guests
with excellent cuisine, selected wines and above all with warm,
personal hospitality.

At the Beach House, we combine uncomplicated enjoyment with attentive service
and genuine hospitality. Our guests should not only feel comfortable with us but also want to return, and you play an important role in this.

You attentively take note of feedback and wishes from our guests and help us continuously improve our offerings

You suit us if …

You actively approach guests, listen attentively and have a good sense
of their wishes. You enjoy advising and know how to create real added value for the guest with suitable recommendations
for food, drinks and wine.
Active selling and appropriate upselling are a natural part of good hospitality for you.

You enjoy recommending the right wine to a dish and inspiring our guests to try something new.

The Beach House offers you a varied working environment all year round: In winter, you can expect a personal, cosy establishment with around 30 indoor seats. In spring and summer, the Beach House becomes a lively meeting place directly on the lake. You appreciate this dynamic, enjoy working in the midst of the action and keep an overview even in busy moments.

We are looking for a host personality who combines warmth, attentiveness and a good sales instinct, is straightforward, committed and enjoys joint development.
