Our installation dispatch coordinates all personnel and material resources on construction sites related to doors and gates. You invoice the services provided and are the central contact person for billing. You also support the dispatcher.
Your area of responsibility
- Complete invoicing of our projects: recording, creation, control, and billing of partial and final invoices
- Administrative support of the dispatcher
- Telephone technical advice to our customers regarding invoicing
- General administrative tasks such as correspondence, document management, and maintenance of SAP data
Your profile
- Completed basic training at EFZ level, preferably commercial
- Several years of professional experience in administration, ideally in manufacturing companies, hardware stores, or construction
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, SAP is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written; French language is an advantage
- Structured, customer-oriented, and independent working style and you have an interest in construction
