Our consulting supports over 100 banks on their journey into the digital future. With finnova neo, we modernise established system landscapes, rethink integrations, and develop future-proof target architectures that connect technological innovation with our clients' strategic goals.
As a Solution Architect Consultant, you support banks in optimally integrating the Finnova platform into their overall architecture. You analyse existing structures, develop viable target models, and accompany demanding transformation projects from the initial idea to an implementable solution architecture.
In direct exchange with CIOs, CTOs, and architecture managers, you combine strategic consulting with technological understanding. Together with our consulting and architecture team, you develop innovative solutions and actively shape the future of Swiss banking.

• developing solution architectures for banks and designing technological target models around the Finnova platform, including roadmaps and transformation scenarios
• advising CIOs, CTOs, Chief Architects, and those responsible for digital transformation on strategic architecture decisions
• API-first approaches, integration architectures, as well as service-oriented and event-driven architectural patterns
• creating convincing customer presentations, architecture concepts, and consulting documents
• exchanging ideas with our product, technology, and solution architects to incorporate best practices and innovations into customer projects
• providing professional support to our sales team during customer workshops, proposal presentations, and tenders

• with several years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a comparable architecture role within the banking environment
• with your ability to translate complex technical contexts into understandable architecture concepts for decision-makers
• with solid know-how in one or more modern architecture methods and frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN, Capability Mapping, Domain Driven Design, or comparable approaches
• with your understanding of core banking systems and their integration into modern IT landscapes, ideally with experience in the Finnova environment or other leading core banking systems
• with knowledge of current technologies and architectural approaches in the areas of APIs, cloud, microservices, event-driven architecture, and digital platforms
• with customer orientation, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in exchanging ideas with stakeholders at management level, as well as fluent German and very good English skills; French is an advantage
