The adult women and men live in residential groups of six people each. They receive individual support and assistance to enable as independent a daily life as possible. This includes a diverse range of activities, work in the studio, and various therapy offerings.

• Resource-oriented promotion, support, and care of the residents

• Collaboration with relatives, doctors, and other professionals
• Co-designing daily life and leisure activities

Profile

• Training as a specialist in care or health
