Our hiring process
- You apply directly online for the advertised apprenticeship and submit your complete documents
- You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt so that you know your application has arrived with us
- We then carefully review your documents and check whether your profile, motivation and the apprenticeship fit well together
- Usually, you will receive feedback on the next steps within 10 working days
- If your application convinces us, we get to know you better in a first video call
- If the mutual impression is confirmed, we invite you to a further interview on site. You will gain insight into your future training area, meet possible trainers and team members and can clarify any open questions
- If it fits for both sides, we look forward to your YES. Afterwards, we will send you the apprenticeship contract and prepare the next steps together until your start
- After the joint signing of the contract, we have the apprenticeship contract approved by the cantonal office. For underage apprentices, the parents or legal guardians also sign
- As soon as the apprenticeship contract is approved by the office, you are officially part of our company. Until your first day of training, you will receive ongoing information and we will accompany you step by step on the way to your apprenticeship start
