The Homes Uster are a public-law institution for long-term care with a wide-ranging offer that is entirely oriented towards the needs of the residents. Around 300 employees are there with a lot of passion and empathy for the 220 residents at the two locations Im Grund and Dietenrain.

Your main tasks

During your training you will have the wonderful opportunity to take on diverse tasks. This way you can get to know the different facets of the nursing profession. Your patience and professionalism are especially used in supporting elderly and sick people in everyday activities such as personal care, dressing and eating. You care for and look after sick and elderly people, help them with daily activities and are there for them. You will be part of a committed team that supports and promotes you on your way.

We also offer you the great opportunity to complete an internship with us in the house. You can gain experience in various areas: for example in the restaurant, in the kitchen, in the laundry or in cleaning.
