The KitS-Kita daycare center in the Breitenhof center in Rüti offers 24 daycare places in two groups.

Specialist EFZ for Daycare KitS-Kita (m/f/d)
Workload 60% Monday-Wednesday
What we are looking for you for:
- Implementation and co-design of the pedagogical concept of the KitS daycare
- Independent planning, organization and execution of theme-related activities
- Appreciative and competent collaboration with parents as well as internal and external professionals
- Observation, documentation and reflection of child development
- Active support and close teamwork
- Professional guidance and promotion of apprentices
- Ensuring and compliance with quality standards as well as professional conduct
- Participation in team meetings
- Committed work in everyday group life
You fit with us because you bring the following requirements:
- Completed training as a Specialist in Care EFZ (specializing in children) or as a early childhood educator or an equivalent recognized qualification (foreign diplomas must be recognized by the competent authority)
- Good user skills in handling common PC applications and digital work tools
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Independent, responsible and structured way of working
- High reliability, resilience and flexibility
- Strong communication skills as well as an open and appreciative attitude
- Initiative, creativity and joy in shaping the pedagogical everyday life
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
