Your tasks
- Superuser of applications in the sales area
- Main contact person for users of the global sales applications
- Leadership of the global lead user organization within the various applications
- Recording and documenting business requirements
- Introduction of new applications
- Interface to the IT Business Applications department
- Ensuring that the applications meet the requirements of product management and sales
- Training of users
- Creating reports
- Substitutions within the team
Your profile
- Technical basic training (apprenticeship / university degree)
- Business management training or further education as industrial engineer / business process engineering
- Understanding of business processes and ability to derive requirements for the applications from them
- Understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Good knowledge of common applications such as CRM, PLM, customer-specific applications used in product management and sales
- Very good German and good English skills
