Your tasks

• Superuser of the applications in the sales area
• Main contact person for users of the global sales applications
• Leadership of the global lead user organisation within the various applications
• Recording and documenting business requirements
• Introduction of new applications
• Interface to the IT Business Applications department
• Ensuring that the applications meet the requirements of product management and sales
• Training of users
• Creating reports
• Substitutions within the team

Your profile

• Technical basic training (apprenticeship/ university of applied sciences degree)
• Further education in business administration or further education as industrial engineer/business process engineering
• Understanding of business processes and ability to derive requirements for the applications from them
• Understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
• Good knowledge of common applications such as CRM, PLM, customer-specific applications used in product management and sales
• Very good German and good English skills
