Your area of responsibility:
• Administrative support in managing our internal real estate
• Organization and processing of insurance documents, including claims and contract management
• Participation in financial administration
• Participation in personnel administration
• Assistance tasks for the CFO and HR management
• Archive management
Your profile:
• Commercial basic training
• Very good user knowledge in MS Office and high IT affinity
• Confident oral and written expression in German
• Independent, structured, and efficient working style
• Enjoyment of organization, communication, and cross-departmental work
