About the job
This role requires diagnostic expertise, entrepreneurial thinking, and enthusiasm for client consulting, relationship building, and mandates: You will strengthen our Management Diagnostics division in a senior role with responsibility.
The brand "Jörg Lienert" stands for comprehensive personnel services. To strengthen our Diagnostics business area, we are seeking a charismatic and implementation-strong personality as
Senior Expert in Assessment & Management Diagnostics
In this role, you will conduct demanding assessments, potential analyses, and management diagnostics mandates at specialist, leadership, senior, and executive levels. You will conduct structured interviews and observations, prepare reports, and present results to clients, candidates, and internal mandate managers. Additionally, you will maintain client relationships, identify potential, develop business opportunities, and ideally bring your own network.
You will contribute to the development of offers, processes, and quality standards and actively consider digital developments and AI applications. Occasionally, you will assume a deputy role for the Head of Management Diagnostics in professional, client, and offer-related matters. You will independently manage selected key clients and ensure professional execution, quality assurance, and result presentation.
We are looking for a personality with a Master’s degree in Psychology or an equivalent recognised qualification. Additional diagnostic, coaching, or consulting training as well as a doctorate are advantageous. You bring solid experience in aptitude diagnostics, assessment, management diagnostics, coaching, or HR consulting, possess a confident diagnostic judgement, and impress with a poised appearance, confident communication, sales affinity, and a structured working style. Very good German and English skills are required; French and Italian are advantageous.
The workplace is primarily Lucerne with assignments in Aarau, Bern, Basel, Zug, and Zurich as well as on-site at clients.
