Responsibilities:
You shape the financial future of the institution and further develop strategies, control instruments and processes together with the management and the board of directors.
You take overall responsibility for financial accounting, controlling, reporting, budgeting and forecasting and ensure a professional annual financial statement according to Swiss GAAP FER.
You lead the Finance & Infrastructure department, optimise structures and processes, and promote efficient and service-oriented collaboration.
As a central interface, you drive digitalisation forward, are responsible for IT-related cross-sectional topics and implement projects for automation and process optimisation.
You establish effective quality management and, together with the specialist departments, ensure sustainable standards and transparent processes.
Qualifications:
A higher education in business administration, finance, accounting or controlling forms your professional foundation.
You have several years of experience in a responsible financial role and are familiar with the requirements for financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER.
Strategic and analytical thinking, a strong affinity for numbers as well as a structured and precise way of working are among your strengths.
You bring leadership experience, strong communication skills and experience in managing projects and change processes.
You have fluent German language skills.
