Your Challenge
- Overall responsibility for the payroll area of the Hälg Group as well as operational support in day-to-day business (payroll processing, time/absence management, social insurance, withholding tax)
- Team coordination of annual processes as well as active support of workflows (for example, year-end tasks or salary rounds)
- Responsibility and further development of the main HR systems Abacus and UKA-Solutions in collaboration with the team
- Proactive coordination of strategic action areas in the payroll sector (for example, process optimizations or changes in legislation) with the Head of HRM
- Leadership and development of three payroll specialists as well as member of the HR management team
Your Profile
- You are an open and committed personality and are interested in a leadership role (also conceivable as an entry-level leadership position)
- You show enthusiasm and are happy to retain an operational share of activities
- You have a high affinity for tools and data as well as several years of professional experience in the payroll area, ideally complemented by a corresponding higher professional qualification in HRM
- You question the status quo and convince persuasively
- Good Abacus/UKA system and French skills as well as experience with collective labor agreements are an advantage
