Your Profile

• Completed training as a certified Registered Nurse HF
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Enjoy working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Sense of responsibility, independence and high social competence
• Empathy and respectful interaction
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to take responsibility and to develop professionally

Your Tasks

• Professional and individual care and support of our residents
• Assuming professional responsibility in the care process
• Ensuring high care quality and needs-oriented support
• Carrying out care diagnostics, care planning and evaluation
• Responsibility for correct care documentation
• Collaboration with doctors, relatives as well as internal and external specialist agencies
• Accompanying and supporting apprentices and students in everyday nursing
• Contributing to the further development of our care quality and work processes
