YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Professional and personnel leadership as well as further development of the Strategy & Business Development team
- Responsibility for planning, controlling, and implementing strategic and conceptual projects within the Division Service
- Further development of the division strategy together with the management team and ensuring successful implementation
- Establishment and continuous optimisation of strategic processes, methods, and tools
- Strategic advice to the Executive Vice President Division Service and the management team
- Preparation of decision-making bases, management reports, and presentations for the Group Executive Board and the Board of Directors
- Support of transformation and change initiatives as well as ensuring sustainable implementation
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- Initial experience in a strategy consultancy, corporate development, or a comparable strategic function in an industrial environment
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- Experience in change management and successful implementation of strategic initiatives
- Confident appearance and convincing communication skills at all hierarchical levels
- Fluent German and business fluent English skills, both written and spoken
